Dungeon Crawl Classics is an old school fantasy roleplaying game built on the pulp writers who started the hobby: Vance, Howard, Leiber, Moorcock and Smith. Characters begin as doomed peasants in a zero level funnel, magic is unpredictable and personal, and every spell has its own table of results. Rules any d20 player will recognise, with all the sharp edges put back on.
