His Majesty the Worm is a megadungeon RPG for 3 to 6 players and a GM - completely standalone and diceless. Instead of dice, you draw from a Rider Waite tarot deck for everything: exploration, combat, magic, and fate. Play moves through four phases: descending into the Underworld, surviving its dangers, resting and recovering through the Bonds you build with your companions, and returning to the City above to trade, plan, and prepare for the next run.

This is a game that knows it is a game - playful with its own dungeon-crawling tropes, yet built on systems that genuinely matter.
