Quiet Beginnings

Every morning, before the old rooster of farmer Rosestone crows, the people of Hudby, a small farming village north of Elestin, remain utterly quiet. As your party wakes up after their first night in the Muffled Growl, the local inn, they appear unable to speak until they hear Rosestone’s bird call.

The townsfolk, when asked about this mysterious silence, nervously evade the topic and state that mornings are simply a time for peaceful contemplation, before they quickly scurry off on their daily duties.

Will these adventurers chicken out and hold their beaks or will they make some noise while trying to break the silence?
